Our Team
Dr Janee Pannkuk
Dr. Janee M. Pannkuk has dedicated over 35 years to the field of adult corrections, leveraging her expertise to make a meaningful impact on the lives of incarcerated individuals. As a former executive director of a non-profit organization focused on gang intervention and juvenile justice reform, Dr. Pannkuk has been at the forefront of initiatives aimed at creating positive change within marginalized communities.
She holds a Ph.D. in Human Capital Management and a Master's in Public Administration, providing her with a deep understanding of the systems and strategies necessary to drive reform and empower individuals. Dr. Pannkuk’s passion lies in supporting incarcerated individuals as they reintegrate into society, equipping them with the tools and resources needed for successful reentry. Her lifelong commitment to justice and rehabilitation continues to inspire and lead transformative efforts across the correctional landscape.
Wendy Roberts
With a distinguished career spanning over three decades, Lori Thorell has been at the forefront of leveraging technology to drive impactful change across various sectors. A U.S. Navy veteran, Lori began as a Computer Operator/Programmer at the World-Wide Military Command and Control System and was recalled for Operation Desert Storm to support the Pentagon.
Transitioning to the private sector, she led an IT re-engineering project for the Veterans Benefits Administration, significantly enhancing service delivery for millions of veterans. Her leadership extended to managing Y2K modernization at Los Alamos National Lab and directing IT systems development for the Commonwealth of Kentucky. Internationally, Lori pioneered digital health innovations for UNICEF in East Asia and the Pacific, collaborating with global organizations to improve healthcare and social services. She holds a Master’s in Information Technology Management and has co-authored publications on digital health, underscoring her commitment to using technology as a catalyst for social good.

Wendy Roberts is a seasoned Senior Software Engineer with over 30 years of experience, specializing in integrating AI technologies into software solutions. Recently, she developed global web applications for an AI-powered scanning solutions provider, enhancing quality control with advanced visualization tools.
Wendy's career includes impactful roles at companies like Fiserv, Symantec, and Unisys Corp, working on cost modeling, process control, and data warehousing. In healthcare, she developed applications for cost modeling and infection control.
Wendy holds a Master’s in Computer Science and has taught at Oregon State University and Linn-Benton Community College, emphasizing her commitment to education and mentorship. Her diverse background, including early data processing experience in the U.S. Navy, showcases her ability to deliver innovative software solutions across industries.
